Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any digital product supplied by 3D Universe, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase, download, install, or use our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by 3D Universe are supplied as downloadable digital content unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Product License

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in licensing information supplied with a product, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product in your own personal or commercial creative projects.

Subject to any product-specific licensing restrictions, you may generally:

• Create rendered still images using the product.
• Create animations and video content using the product.
• Modify the product for use within your own creative projects.
• Use rendered images and animations commercially.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or give away the original product files.
• Upload the original product files to file-sharing services, repositories, or other distribution platforms.
• Make the original product files available to another person or organisation unless specifically permitted by an applicable license.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original product or its underlying intellectual property.
• Use the product in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual property laws or the rights of third parties.

Some uses, including redistribution of 3D assets within games, software, virtual worlds, or other interactive applications, may require an additional or extended license. Any product-specific license terms take precedence over these general terms.

4. Software Compatibility

Each product page identifies the software or software versions with which the product has been designed or tested. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate compatibility information, we cannot guarantee compatibility with unsupported applications, future software releases, third-party modifications, plug-ins, or custom configurations.

Please review the compatibility information and any required products before purchasing.

5. Product Updates

We may provide product updates, corrections, compatibility improvements, or bug fixes from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a product does not create an obligation for 3D Universe to provide future updates or compatibility with future software releases.

6. Technical Support

We provide reasonable technical support for installation and normal use of our products where appropriate.

Technical support does not generally include:

• Training in third-party software.
• Custom product modifications.
• Support for software not listed as compatible.
• Support for third-party products that were not supplied by 3D Universe.
• Problems caused by modified, incomplete, or incorrectly installed product files.

7. Intellectual Property

Copyright, trademarks, artwork, 3D models, textures, morphs, scripts, documentation, promotional materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use that product in accordance with the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3D Universe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use a product.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability relating to a particular product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the terms in effect when a product is purchased will govern that purchase.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that may be accessed immediately following purchase, purchases are generally considered final once the digital content has been supplied or downloaded, subject always to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

We nevertheless want customers to receive products that function as described and will consider legitimate refund requests where appropriate.

Refunds May Be Considered If

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product contains a significant technical defect that prevents its intended use and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
• The product materially differs from the description presented at the time of purchase.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds Will Generally Not Be Provided If

• You changed your mind after purchasing the product.
• You accidentally purchased the wrong product.
• The product is incompatible with software or software versions not listed as supported.
• You no longer require or wish to use the product.
• You do not possess software, plug-ins, base figures, or required products clearly identified on the product page.
• You are unable to use the product because of insufficient knowledge of the supported software.
• You failed to review the product description, compatibility information, or required products before purchasing.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 14 days of purchase.

Please include:

• Your order number or other proof of purchase.
• The name of the product.
• A description of the problem.
• Any relevant screenshots or error messages where applicable.

We may request additional information so that we can investigate and, where possible, resolve the issue before processing a refund.

Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse of the refund process, repeated abusive refund requests, unauthorised redistribution, or attempts to obtain digital products without payment.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable consumer protection legislation gives you rights that are inconsistent with any provision of this policy, those statutory rights will prevail.
